Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status during initial consultations and follow-up sessions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and evidence-based approaches.

• Maintain regular one-on-one and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies, tools, and resources necessary for recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate referrals.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in the electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who may be navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, substance use disorders, and more. Our patient population includes individuals from varied socioeconomic backgrounds, and your ability to provide culturally competent care will be essential in building trust and rapport.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure in New York as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R .

• A minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling or related fields.

• A solid understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the importance of cultural diversity in therapy.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy using culturally responsive methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
