Senior Recruiter Sales Hiring | Chicago | Hybrid
This isn't a seat-filler role.
We're hiring on behalf of a publicly traded, high-velocity technology business in Chicago. They're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the build-out of a modern, AI-native sales hiring engine from first principles.
If you're running a desk inside a mature TA function and looking for more of the same, this probably isn't for you. If you're a scrappy, high-agency operator who's already using AI to compound your output and wants to architect something from scratch read on.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end sales hiring across the Chicago org and broader US footprint
- Designing and automating sourcing, screening, and pipeline workflows using AI tooling
- Funnel analytics diagnosing where conversion breaks and fixing it with process or technology
- Hiring manager partnership: scorecards, calibration, structured interviewing, and offer strategy
- A candidate experience that reflects the calibre of the business

- Genuinely AI-native. You're already using AI tooling to automate parts of your workflow. This is non-negotiable
- Strong sales recruiting track record AE, SDR leadership, and GTM hires at growth-stage or publicly traded tech companies
- Comfortable with ambiguity. The playbook gets written by you
- Chicago-based or willing to be on-site three days a week
