Acuity Mental Health Programs is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. Work Environment\n

This position is remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home while providing essential mental health services. You will collaborate with a passionate and skilled multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and other licensed therapists. Utilizing telehealth tools and platforms, you will connect with clients to conduct therapy sessions, manage cases, and efficiently document progress. Your role is crucial as you help bridge the gap in mental health services, particularly for those who may have difficulty accessing care traditionally.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on careful evaluation and analysis of clients’ needs.

• Provide direct therapeutic services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes that reflect treatment goals and patient advancements, ensuring completion by the end of each shift.
\n
• Stay informed of the treatment goals for assigned patients and adjust approaches as necessary to ensure optimal progress.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to advocate for appropriate services and interventions for clients.
\n
• Utilize effective crisis intervention techniques and monitoring to address emergencies or aggressive behaviors, employing established protocols for ensuring client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a varied patient population, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. In addition to therapeutic intervention, you will provide education and resources to empower clients in their personal journeys towards wellness. You will also engage with families to help them understand and support their loved ones’ mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Possession of an independent state-issued license as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW; limited or provisional licenses are not eligible.
\n
• Demonstrated capability to make clinical evaluations, decisions, and recommendations related to mental health treatment.
\n
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a natural ability to empathize and connect with clients.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, particularly with case management software and telehealth technologies.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a community health setting or teletherapy is preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities.

• Experience working with a culturally diverse client population.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
