Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing tools and methodologies to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, integrating approaches suited for various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated care, sharing insights from therapy sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Deliver crisis intervention and manage emergency situations, offering immediate support to clients in distress while maintaining a calm and compassionate demeanor.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligible for Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) licensure.

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
