Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a consistent 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday. While the majority of client interactions will take place virtually, our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub where clinicians can access shared office spaces and resources, fostering a supportive work atmosphere. Western Mind Care Hub collaborates closely with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care, sharing values and leadership strategies to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individual caseload of clients, building rapport and establishing positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and stability, review treatment plans, and evaluate readiness for discharge.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ histories and present situations, laying the groundwork for effective intervention.
\n
• Document all client interactions, treatment updates, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and ensure high standards of care.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights that contribute to client success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.
\n
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience, including at least one year in a clinical outpatient setting after obtaining your degree.

• Proficient in using technology and various software programs including Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook, to support client management and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques.

• Comfortable with performing intake assessments and skilled in crisis intervention and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
