Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously within our electronic health record systems to ensure compliance with state regulations and to facilitate continuity of care.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance professional development and maintain high standards of care.

• Utilize client feedback and outcome measures to adjust therapeutic strategies effectively, ensuring optimal treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma-related disorders. By providing a safe and empathetic space, you will empower clients to work through their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master's-level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited university.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice clinical mental health therapy in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
\n
• Strong writing skills for clear and concise documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
