The position is structured to provide services within a school setting, collaborating with educators and administrators to meet the psychological and emotional needs of students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional, psychological, and social circumstances to develop individualized care plans.

• Design, implement, and coordinate tailored support packages that address clients' unique needs and empower them to overcome their challenges.
\n
• Monitor clients' progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention to clients in need, employing de-escalation strategies and coping mechanisms to manage immediate challenges.
\n
• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations during sessions, offering guidance, support, and evidence-based strategies for improvement.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and referrals for compliance and continuity of care.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, presenting findings and recommendations.

• Refer clients to external community services that complement treatment goals and facilitate recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base primarily comprised of school-aged children and their families who may be experiencing emotional distress, behavioral challenges, or complex family dynamics. Your ability to foster trust, empathy, and active listening will be critical in engaging these clients effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
