Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring an effective baseline for treatment planning.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and interventions, and regularly evaluate progress with clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coherent and holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Assist in crisis intervention, conduct thorough risk assessments, and establish safety plans for students facing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health records systems effectively.

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops aimed at enhancing coping strategies and fostering peer support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be directly impacting the emotional and psychological well-being of students from diverse backgrounds. This includes working with children, adolescents, and their families, identifying their distinct challenges and helping them navigate through educational and personal hurdles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a must.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
