Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients in the comfort of your own home while engaging with our community health clinic’s supportive team. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, primarily working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. However, occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs. This role offers a collaborative online platform for working with team members and utilizing various digital tools to facilitate communication and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care and service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to individuals facing major mental health issues or severe emotional disorders, guiding them through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to achieve shared goals while ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for diverse clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment strategies for clients, promoting concepts of choice and empowerment.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, in compliance with organizational standards and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. Clients may present with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or other behavioral health issues. Understanding the nuances of each client’s unique circumstances will be essential to effectively support their journey towards healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LCSW license in California.

• A bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a social worker is required, preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in community health settings, particularly in providing services to underserved populations. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and online therapeutic tools will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide:
