Physical Therapist - School Setting in Arlington Heights, IL

We're seeking an enthusiastic physical therapist (PT) to provide part-time school-based services on a contract basis. You'll be covering a short-term leave with a schedule of three days per week (22.5 hours weekly), starting with orientation on August 3 and 4, followed by the first day with students on August 7, 2026, and wrapping up on November 3, 2026.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Valid licensure as a physical therapist
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to develop, implement, and document treatment plans effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and team members
- Provide direct PT services to students based on IEP requirements
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Keep clear, timely records and progress notes
- Participate in professional development opportunities and process improvement projects
- Attend monthly meetings and team check-ins for ongoing support
