What You'll Do Source, recruit, and engage Physicians and Clinical Operations professionals for permanent placement opportunities. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations, physician groups, hospitals, and clinical leaders. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and placement. Build and nurture candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by providing insights on market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare hiring, credentialing, and licensing requirements. Consistently achieve recruitment activity, interview, and placement goals. Collaborate with teammates to share market intelligence, celebrate wins, and contribute to a high-performance culture. What We're Looking For 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience with a focus on Physicians, Clinical Operations, healthcare leadership, or other clinical talent. Agency staffing or search experience strongly preferred. Strong business development, influencing, and relationship-building skills. A competitive mindset with the drive to outperform goals and deliver results. Exceptional discipline, organization, and follow-through. Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
