The position requires a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. Experience in ER and ER Holding is preferred. Candidates must possess the required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS. The patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Daily census for the unit is 32 patients. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. The role involves managing various patient care responsibilities and utilizing advanced medical equipment. Candidates must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively. Reference requirements include two professional references, one from a managerial position.
