BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER – SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
Join a growing skilled nursing organization as a Business Office Manager overseeing financial and administrative operations. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with long-term care experience who thrive in fast-paced healthcare settings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily business office functions: billing, collections, deposits, resident accounts, trust funds, and petty cash.
Oversee Outpatient Department
Collaborate with clinical and billing teams for accurate financial records.
Assist residents and families with billing inquiries.
Process Medicaid applications and ensure compliance.
Prepare reports, reconcile accounts, and support audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years SNF business office experience.
Skilled in private pay billing, collections, and trust fund management.
Strong knowledge of long-term care financial processes.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines professionally.

Supervisory or management background.
