Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide high-quality care from your location while utilizing a range of advanced digital tools tailored for telehealth services. Although you will work independently, you will be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team focused on enhancing patient outcomes. Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the impact of various medical conditions on a patient's psychological state.

• Design and execute integrated treatment plans that are tailored to meet both psychiatric and medical needs of each patient.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy, employing evidence-based techniques that cater to the distinct circumstances of each patient.

• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to ensure a coordinated approach to care that enhances treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention support when required to manage emergencies in mental health.

• Educate patients on the interrelation between mental and physical health, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to better manage their conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences, contributing to interdisciplinary care planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Demonstrable proficiency in providing care to patients with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Experience in collaborative integrated care settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
