Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, incorporating pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory documentation standards, ensuring that all client records are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to inform treatment approaches, working closely with the clinical team.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans for clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that practice meets both state and national standards.

• Act as a liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community partners, thereby facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Foster open lines of communication within the organization and with clients, aiming to uphold and promote the mission of Medical Rehabilitation Services.
