Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that address those needs.

• Employ diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community among patients and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing appropriate interventions and resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Ensure accurate and secure documentation of patient interactions and treatment in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
