Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Maintaining effective communication and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Providing individual, family, or group psychotherapeutic treatment sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and models.

• Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical summaries with clarity and precision, adhering to established medical records policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Initially, you will support adult and geriatric populations who benefit from relational and individual therapy. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated knowledge of general theoretical and clinical models, including current best practices in therapeutic modalities.

• Ability to develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients and effectively communicate with diverse populations.

• Experience providing thorough clinical documentation in compliance with medical and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
