Responsibilities provide prompt and excellent client services to espell’s global enterprise clients to deliver exceptional client experience negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients efficiently and professionally resolve complex client issues follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service develop new business opportunities and grow new business from existing clients prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and client feedback stay updated on industry trends and competitors to build business strategies and maintain a competitive edge Requirements demonstrated background in multilingual communications, and/or translation and localization understanding of translation workflows, quality processes, technology and solutions ability to successfully manage customer relationships outstanding communication and negotiation skills ability to research, analyse and prioritize opportunities with clients innovative, creative thinking skills empathy and ability to anticipate the needs of clients outstanding organizational and time management skills fluency in English is a must, German or other languages is an advantage excellent computer literacy Benefits professional development and growth opportunities flexibility in working hours and remote working competitive compensation package This is a full-time position with HQ in Budapest.
