Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of interpersonal and emotional issues.

• Assess client needs through intake evaluations and articulate personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and family systems therapy, to facilitate productive sessions and achieve client goals.

• Document client progress meticulously and ensure all records are maintained in accordance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in team meetings to strategize and coordinate comprehensive care for clients, integrating insights from multidisciplinary professionals.

As a therapist in this role, you will work with a varied client base which includes couples seeking to improve their communication and families navigating transitions, such as divorce, grief, or parenting challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
