Genius AI is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager for the Customer Experience team. You will own the strategy behind scaling CX without proportional headcount growth, building cost models, automation strategies, and a cross-functional playbook across CX, GTM, Finance, and Product. You will also tackle broader strategic problems as impact grows.
