Senior Digital Marketing Manager, TikTok & Amazon - Social Commerce (Beauty) Employment Type: Full-Time / Hybrid NYC We are seeking a strategic, performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead integrated digital campaigns and accelerate growth across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other key commerce channels. This role will own platform strategy, media optimization, and retailer activation to create high-impact programs that build awareness, deepen engagement, and drive conversion during priority product launches and brand moments. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, social, and commerce channels, ensuring cohesive execution and measurable business impact. Partner closely with brand, content, social, creative, and e-commerce teams to develop integrated 360° activations. Own strategic management and ongoing performance optimization for Amazon, TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, SEO, and other priority digital platforms. Develop channel-specific growth strategies that improve product discoverability, customer engagement, conversion, and sales performance. Ensure product listings, enhanced content, storefront experiences, and digital merchandising are accurate, compelling, conversion-focused, and aligned with brand standards. Oversee the development of high-performing digital creative assets tailored to platform requirements, audience behavior, and campaign objectives. Monitor campaign and channel performance, identify opportunities, and translate insights into clear optimization recommendations. Manage testing roadmaps across media, creative, audience, and retail content to continuously improve efficiency and results. Stay current on evolving platform capabilities, consumer behavior, and digital commerce trends to identify new growth opportunities. What You’ll Bring Proven experience leading social commerce within a fast-paced consumer-focused environment. Deep strategic and hands on experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, paid social, digital retail media, SEO, and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into action. Experience optimizing digital product content, storefronts, listings, and conversion-focused customer journeys. Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and communication skills.
