About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Development to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading an integrated development and strategic communications function with a focus on advancing philanthropic growth, organizational visibility, and engagement with a diverse range of stakeholders. This role is pivotal in the context of the company's global advocacy work, particularly in the areas of sexual and reproductive health and rights. The Vice President will be instrumental in aligning fundraising and communications strategies to enhance the company's external presence, impact, and sustained philanthropic support. We are looking for a seasoned, strategic leader who can build upon a strong foundation, maximize existing systems and talent, and help the company enter its next phase of growth and visibility. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted thought partner to the President and CEO, bringing a deep understanding of fundraising strategy, external engagement, team leadership, and organizational storytelling. The role requires a commitment to the values of the company, including the belief that equitable progress in sexual and reproductive health and rights is essential for the health, equality, and prosperity of women, youth, and at-risk communities worldwide.
