Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, to determine the most effective treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modern modalities, aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Continuously document patient progress and treatment responses, ensuring all records meet compliance standards and are updated timely in our electronic health record system.
• Regularly reassess patient needs, refining treatment plans as necessary to align with changing therapeutic goals.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on rehabilitative best practices, the use of assistive devices, and appropriate exercises for home care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and participating in training opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes children, adults, and seniors dealing with diverse orthopedic conditions, traumatic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees, such as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), are preferred.
• Active and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and basic IT tools for record-keeping.
• A strong commitment to patient care, flexibility, and an eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy role is preferred, especially in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience with specialized treatment techniques or modalities is advantageous, including familiarity with therapeutic equipment.
• Prior mentorship or leadership roles in a clinical setting can be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
