About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a hospital-based cardiothoracic surgery role in Lebanon, PA . This position involves managing urgent surgical cases, patient rounding, consults, and post-operative care , with exposure to procedures such as vein harvesting in a collaborative clinical environment.

The role includes working closely with surgical teams in a high-acuity inpatient setting , handling patients from ICU to discharge , and supporting time-sensitive cases originating from the cath lab. Ideal candidates should be comfortable in independent clinical decision-making with backup support available .

Shift Timings:
• Weekend coverage: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM
• 24-hour call shifts
• 3 weekends per month

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner – REQUIRED
• Active Pennsylvania License – REQUIRED
• DEA Certification – REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years experience – REQUIRED
