Tax Manager

Manage tax engagements, support client relationships, mentor accounting staff, and contribute to tax and advisory services for closely held businesses, partnerships, corporations, and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review business, partnership, corporate, and individual tax engagements.
• Prepare and review tax returns, projections, workpapers, and related documentation.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely tax deliverables.
• Support tax planning and advisory services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff accountants.
• Manage engagement workflows, deadlines, budgets, and scheduling.
• Research and resolve federal, state, and multistate tax matters.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, technology, and client service.
• Support best practices across tax engagements and collaborate with colleagues across the organization.
