HR Technology Specialist

Job Description

RemX is seeking an HR Technology Specialist for a growing organization in the Scranton, PA area. This is an exciting opportunity for a systems-savvy HR professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and supporting the technology that powers Human Resources operations.

Location: Scranton, PA, candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Scranton, PA office and work onsite during training
Schedule: Hybrid work arrangement after training | Monday-Friday | Normal Business Hours
Pay: $28.00-$32.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between HR operations and technology by supporting the systems that manage employee information, reporting, payroll-related data, and workforce processes.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Serve as a trusted resource for HR systems and employee data
Transform data into meaningful insights that help drive business decisions
Build reports and dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Support system enhancements, updates, and special projects
Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to improve processes
Help ensure employee information remains accurate, secure, and reliable
Train and support users on HR technology tools and processes
Participate in initiatives that improve the overall employee experience

Successful candidates typically bring:

Experience supporting HR, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, or workforce technology systems
Strong Excel and reporting skills
A knack for identifying trends and solving complex problems
Experience working with databases, HR platforms, or reporting tools
Excellent communication and customer support skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to data quality
Experience with ADP or similar HR systems is a plus
