Total Compensation: $85k-$125k

Join a well-established, family-oriented multi-specialty medical practice with deep roots in the Essex County, NJ area. This practice is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care and has been recognized for its clinical excellence. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced ambulatory setting and enjoys building real relationships with patients and staff alike.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy outpatient clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow
• Provide direct clinical support to physicians and Physician Assistants as needed
• Perform post-operative care, including suture removal
• Serve as a key liaison between physicians, staff, and patients — resolving issues with a calm, solutions-oriented approach
• Supervise and support clinic staff in partnership with the Department Administrator
• Assist with recruitment, training, staff development, performance evaluations, and clinical competency/re-certification tracking
• Monitor patient-related statistics and coordinate room and resource utilization
• Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures to meet evolving departmental and patient needs
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Department of Health regulations
• Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
• Prepare operational, fiscal, or patient care reports as needed
• Represent the department on relevant committees
• Attend ongoing training and departmental meetings
• Communicate clearly and accurately with patients, staff, and providers throughout a physically active workday

What We're Looking For

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Emergency Room (ER) experience required (prior experience welcome, even if not recent)
• 2+ years of clinical management or supervisory experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• A high-energy, hands-on approach and comfort working across multiple locations
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
