If you possess sharp problem-solving skills, excellent communication habits, and a knack for cross-functional teamwork, we want to hear from you! salary: $60,000 - $68,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately in NetSuite, verifying pricing, shipping, and special instructions. Generate and revise customer quotes, assist with account research, and handle administrative tasks for Sales Reps. Handle communications regarding order status, tracking, backorders, and inquiries. Partner with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations to resolve order and quote issues quickly. Update and maintain accurate customer records in NetSuite; process approved Return Authorizations. Utilize Outlook, Teams, Excel, NetSuite, and AI tools efficiently and responsibly.
