Remote Account Manager

An effective Account Manager has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail-oriented. In this role, you would be responsible for working with new and existing customers by: Setting up new customer accounts On-boarding new customers and teaching them how to use our software to optimize their business Providing training to system administrators and end-users Re-onboarding low usage customers Monitoring account for admin and end-user usage Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, disability insurance, PTO and more Opportunities for growth, both personal and professional Work from home and hybrid options! Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

• 10% travel
• Mobile app troubleshooting skills
• 3 years of technical support and software implementation experience
• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products
• MS Office intermediate level
