Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals, crafting individualized mindfulness programs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, integrating mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and emotional regulation techniques into each intervention.

• Lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building exercises.

• Document all client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment plans meticulously to monitor progress and ensure high-quality care.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to incorporate a comprehensive mindfulness approach into wider therapeutic frameworks.

• Maintain an ongoing personal mindfulness practice to enhance your therapeutic skills and provide the best possible care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse patient population seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and overall emotional well-being. Clients range from those with mild stress-related conditions to others facing more acute mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the state of Oregon.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mindfulness practices and their integration into therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a calming therapeutic space for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000–104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
