Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or preferred space. You will have access to a streamlined Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system that facilitates efficient documentation and monitoring of client progress. Additionally, our experienced operations team will manage scheduling and billing, allowing you to focus solely on providing exceptional clinical care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video-based CBT sessions with adult clients, utilizing a strengths-based approach to therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients’ needs and therapeutic goals, closely monitoring progress to make necessary adjustments.

• Utilize a robust EMR system to document sessions, track client outcomes, and ensure compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in regular peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback from colleagues.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by obtaining Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in relevant areas of practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals to other services when appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect with clients on a personal level and guide them through their therapeutic journey will be key to helping them achieve improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with a current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating independent practice and a solid foundation in CBT or comparable therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in leveraging technology within the therapeutic context, including familiarity with EMR systems and virtual communication tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes performance bonuses.
