Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based brief individual therapy sessions to clients, assessing their clinical progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for an active caseload of individuals, couples, children, and families.

• Utilize best practices in pain psychology to inform clinical care and address the specific needs of clients facing chronic pain and trauma.

• Establish and maintain a strong rapport with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment for open communication.

• Employ sound clinical judgment to navigate complex situations and provide effective interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy, health, and safety laws.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a variety of clients, including individuals experiencing relationship issues, couples in distress, and families seeking resolution in dynamics. You will also support clients dealing with chronic pain and trauma, utilizing an integrated therapeutic approach to address their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A valid California LMFT license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
