Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to carefully evaluate each patient's mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and cultural backgrounds of patients, reassessing and adapting these plans as needed.

• Utilize a wide range of evidence-based practices to facilitate therapeutic interventions that effectively support patients' progress and mental health recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, employing current technology to streamline processes.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to establish and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect desired outcomes and patient participation.

• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding resources, treatment options, and coping strategies to enhance their mental health journey.

• Mentor students, interns, and other team members, offering insight, direction, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves clients navigating the complex emotional landscape of cancer diagnoses. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
