Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Growth Institute, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities that fundamentally impact the mental health journey of students:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments for each student, ensuring accurate diagnosis and formulation of appropriate treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored specifically for children and adolescents.

• Maintain organized clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all records are up to date and reflective of each student's progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of educators, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a coordinated care plan for each student.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and enhance best practices in mental health care.

• Empower students and their families by providing education on mental health challenges, treatment options, and local community resources.

• Keep abreast of current mental health research and clinical practices, integrating new knowledge into therapy sessions to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
