Admin Assistant

Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join their client’s dedicated team in Merced, California. This role supports the Risk Department by providing top‑notch administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Risk Department, assisting with daily operations and tasks as needed. Handle and organize departmental communications and documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes to ensure seamless departmental functions. Manage departmental records and databases, ensuring all information is up‑to‑date and accurately maintained. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders. Support the Risk Department with special projects and tasks as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude toward work. Required Work Hours Monday to Friday, first‑shift hours. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
