Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services and create pre-crisis and crisis plans that emphasize safety and recovery.

• Document clinical sessions and treatment progress in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion of all necessary paperwork.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools to guide clinical decision-making.
\n
• Actively participate in ongoing licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to organizational excellence.
\n
• Build constructive partnerships with state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance client services and develop potential funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and statewide initiatives that pertain to mental health practices and client care enhancement.

• Represent Grow Healthcare Services at local conferences, workshops, and committees, promoting our mission and values.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a wide variety of clients, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
