Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, using evidence-based assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring that they are actively involved in their treatment process.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate meaningful change in clients’ lives.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques that enhance their recovery journey.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans when necessary to reflect their evolving needs and circumstances.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of mood disorders to inform and enhance treatment practices.
