Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will engage with clients primarily through virtual sessions, helping them navigate a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and individuals to identify their needs and formulate treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions, both individually and as a couple, addressing issues such as grief, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, domestic violence, job stress, medical issues, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Tracking patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting treatment outcomes in accordance with best practices.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and adolescents, offering therapeutic support through our community health clinic model. Your expertise will be crucial in helping families navigate challenges associated with blended family dynamics, separation and divorce, and various forms of abuse. Your insights will improve their quality of life and promote strong, healthy relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We provide:
