Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, identifying their strengths and needs, and outlining appropriate interventions.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with the treatment team—including psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health specialists—to ensure an integrated and patient-centered approach to care.

• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management to foster informed decision-making.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team, aligning these plans with the patients’ goals and preferences.

• Advocate for patients within the healthcare system, helping them navigate complex processes and ensuring they receive the resources they need.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducation sessions aimed at enhancing community support and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
