Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual counseling sessions using secure video conferencing tools, helping clients articulate their mental health needs and achieve personal goals.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to enhance self-awareness and relationship dynamics.

• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in the development of actionable treatment goals and providing consistent support as they work towards achieving these goals.

• Evaluate each client’s mental health status by administering comprehensive assessments. Develop personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Utilize innovative, solution-focused approaches in therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are aligned with best practices and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Participate in regular supervisory sessions and team meetings to discuss client progress, share best practices, and enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently, reflecting at least two years of experience in providing therapy without supervision.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills and a deep-seated compassion for clients, combined with strong ethical standards.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth therapy, including familiarity with digital communication and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional experience in specialized therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
