Role Description
- Odpowiedzialność za procesy księgowe w dziale zobowiązań (Accounts Payable)
- Weryfikacja i księgowanie dokumentów
- Księgowość należności AP - księgowanie faktur PO & Non-PO, faktur zbiorczych
- Analiza i zarządzanie monitami
- Prowadzenie kont AP
- Bieżący kontakt z dostawcami w zakresie statusu faktur i płatności, wyjaśnianie rozbieżności
- Przygotowywanie raportów i zestawień księgowych
- Identyfikowanie nieprawidłowości procesowych i zgłaszanie ich przełożonemu
- Kontakt z działami fachowymi wewnątrz firmy
Qualifications
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego (min. B2)
- Mile widziana znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie min. B1
- Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane w finansach, księgowości lub germanistyka
- Pierwsze doświadczenie w obszarze księgowości (najlepiej w SSC) będzie zaletą
- Znajomość SAP / SAP4Hana będzie atutem
- Pakiet MS Office (Excel min. średniozaawansowany)
- Dokładność, koncentracja na szczegółach, umiejętność dotrzymywania terminów oraz pracy pod presją czasu
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Umiejętność wyznaczania priorytetów i dobrej organizacji pracy
- Proaktywna postawa, umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów
- Orientacja na klienta
