Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments, tailored to meet the unique needs of a diverse clientele, including older adults, effectively identifying their psychological and emotional needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider a holistic view of client wellness, including psychological, social, and physical health factors.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing for both individual and family therapy settings.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of geriatric psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure exceptional, integrated care for clients.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families, focusing on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community support services to empower informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical application of mental health disorders, particularly in the geriatric population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
