Customer Service Representative

Job Description
Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air has an exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives.
\n \nThis position pays $21-24 per hour + performance based bonus spiffs depending on experience with performance opportunity. (Full time or Seasonal Opportunity available)
\n \nWe are looking for the following schedules:
\nMonday, Tuesday, Friday- 9:30am - 6:00pm Saturday & Sunday (remote) 8:00am - 4:00pm

What you will do:
\n- \n
- Take inbound calls from new and existing customers AND make them a lifelong customer of Absolute \n
- Outbound call membership holding customers for maintenance visits \n
- Communicate all promotions, sales and cross selling opportunities to customers \n
- Data entry of sensitive information \n
- General inbound customer service \n
- Accurately document all interactions and apply call dispositions \n
What you bring:

- Previous customer service experience, and inbound call taking \n
- Service Titan experience preferred but not required \n
- Strong attention to details and ability to multitask \n
- Conscientious, team player \n
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude \n
