Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address clients’ unique mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments for new clients, developing tailored treatment plans that consider their specific concerns, goals, and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation that aligns with practice standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines, ensuring our commitment to client confidentiality.

• Continuously engage in professional development, including participation in training and supervision, to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, openly exchanging insights and strategies to improve treatment outcomes and enhance our practice.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children and families, individuals coping with trauma, and adults experiencing anxiety and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active State Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with children and families, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
