Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our center, you will be responsible for facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and individual clients. Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting intake assessments and creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitating group sessions and providing family therapy strategies that address underlying issues such as communication difficulties and psychological strains.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support clients facing challenges including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Tracking and documenting patient progress through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes and coordinate care effectively.

• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, including both adults and children/adolescents. You will engage with families experiencing various issues, such as separation and divorce, job stress, and adjustment struggles related to blended families. In every interaction, you will be instrumental in guiding clients towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Psychological Well-being Counseling Center offers competitive compensation in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with uncapped earnings potential based on productivity. Additional benefits include:
