Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
