Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, tailoring treatment plans to suit individual needs.

• Provide consistent therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, supporting clients in processing emotions and developing coping strategies.

• Empower clients by helping them build practical skills for personal growth, including problem-solving techniques and emotional regulation strategies.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, familial issues, trauma recovery, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing support and effective interventions tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

• Current and valid California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling or therapy role, demonstrating strong therapeutic skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
