Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper: Oversee all day-to-day bookkeeping functions, maintaining accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger activity. Manage the full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account maintenance. Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts while investigating and resolving discrepancies. Bookkeeper will administer payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related reporting to ensure timely and accurate compensation. Prepare monthly financial statements, support month-end and year-end close processes, and provide reporting and analysis to leadership. Qualifications for the Bookkeeper: 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a full-cycle or full-charge bookkeeping role. Proficiency with QuickBooks and strong working knowledge of Excel. Experience performing bank reconciliations, managing AP/AR processes, and maintaining accurate financial records. Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
