By offering flexible scheduling and virtual sessions, you will help remove barriers to care and make a significant difference in our clients' lives. Qualifications\n \n A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Pursuit of an active and unrestricted professional license in the state of Texas (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). \n A minimum of two years of prior clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations. \n Demonstrated competency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. \n Strong written communication skills, especially in documenting therapy sessions and interacting with interdisciplinary teams. \n Clear disciplinary record without any sanctions or actions taken by a licensing board. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working in a fully virtual therapy setting. \n Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or mindfulness-based approaches. \n Experience in developing and presenting training or workshops for fellow therapists. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
