Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to ascertain students’ mental health needs effectively, determining tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.

• Provide short-term individual counseling focused on issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal relationships, ensuring students feel supported in a safe environment.

• Lead therapy groups and workshops addressing relevant topics such as coping strategies, self-care, and emotional resilience, empowering students through peer support and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
